Due to COVID 19, the CMBS servicer is taking longer than normal to process loan assumption applications. The closing R107 hotel CMBS loan assumption is delayed. As the result, Hogwarts Capital announces the extension of the initial closing date of Hotel Acquisition Fund I to January 31st, 2021.
